RESTAURANT HISTORIC

They had been working for twenty years, Chantal as a child minder, Joel as the main cook for the municipality of Bourg les Valence.
Then they decided to begin to work together and to open a restaurant. Their aim was to have pleasure and to give pleasure with a simple but quality cooking.

They choosed an old restaurant which had all the qualities required for being the most functionnal.

Now, they had to choose a name, and it had been simple for them: Twenty-five years ago they had met in "Le Puits d'Argent" a little inn situated in their both native place in France.
