Then they decided to begin to work together and to open a restaurant. Their aim was to have pleasure and to give pleasure with a simple but quality cooking.

Now, they had to choose a name, and it had been simple for them: Twenty-five years ago they had met in "Le Puits d'Argent" a little inn situated in their both native place in France.
